From June 27 to 29, the Investment Investigation Tour of European Ocean-based Enterprises was held in Qingdao West Coast New District. More than ten European ocean-based enterprises visited the New Area and exchanged, and interacted closely with state-owned platform companies and industrial counterpart enterprises in the New Area.

With the theme of "Exchange for a Win-Win Future", focusing on the key direction of marine industry in West Coast New Area, the event has attracted a number of European ocean-based enterprises that intend to invest in China and expand their markets, and more than ten of them have been invited to the New Area for investigation and further promote industrial exchanges between foreign enterprises and local enterprises in West Coast New Area by matching the investment promotion departments, industrial parks and related industrial enterprises in West Coast New Area, so as to reach the following project cooperation.

On the afternoon of June 29th, at the industry matchmaking meeting between Chinese and foreign enterprises, the relevant person in charge of the Investment Promotion Center of Qingdao West Coast New Area introduced the investment promotion environment and policies of the New Area, and held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation memorandum of marine fishery machine vision project. Roadshows of five high-quality projects were held and domestic investment cooperation plans, intentions and demands were released.

At the meeting, the construction of China-EU Blue Industry Collaborative Development Cooperation Alliance had started. In the future, relying on the "Ocean Decade" International Cooperation Center, the Alliance will serve the enterprise supply chain between China and Europe through online matching, offline inspection, tracking and promotion, so as to encourage a group of high-quality European ocean-based industrial enterprises to invest, trade with and closely cooperate with enterprises in Qingdao West Coast New Area, and promote trade and economic cooperation between the blue industries of China and Europe.
