On June 21, The 2022 East Asia Marine Expo was officially held at Qingdao Cosmopolitan Exposition in the Qingdao West Coast New Area. Administrative institutions (representative offices) of over 70 countries and regions, and more than 1,000 enterprises attended the Expo. The “Ocean Industry International Reception Exhibition Hall” integrating the functions of technology exchange, product display, achievement trading, and investment attraction was opened to entertain the visitors from all countries and regions.
Leading Enterprises Displayed Their High-End Marine Equipment
Zhang Zhilong, Executive Vice President of Kerui Group introduced that “We will display several marine products, such as the single-column mooring system, marine hydraulic lift, offshore oil and gas stimulation equipment, and high-end marine wellhead well control equipment.”
The single-column mooring system can reduce the life-cycle cost of each process, and its core components have realized localization.
Qihang Launching Tech Co., Ltd displayed the world’s leading pneumatic launching equipment for supporting the launching and returning of shipborne UAVs, which can launch the fixed-wing UAVs of 50-500 Kg.

New Product Launch Events
Shenzhen Qianxing Innovation Technology Co., Ltd organized its New Product Launch Event, during which, it displayed underwater robots, Qianjiao P200 PRO and Qiantun CM 600.
Qianjiao P200 PRO, with the maximum horizontal working radius of 400 m and maximum diving depth of 150 m, can be applied in multiple fields, such as scientific research and exploration, hull inspection at the wharf, water conservancy and hydropower inspection, fishery, underwater emergency rescue, and marine environmental protection.

At the exhibition area of marine commodities, Joint Laboratory of Digital Ocean Science and Technology of the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, set two “Digital Fish Tanks” at its booth, constructing the meta-universe scenario of deep sea with 5G CAVE, AR, MR, and Glass-Free 3D.
The person in charge introduced that “The virtual scenes of deep sea are simulated to reproduce the habits of various fish, and all the fish can slowly grow over time.” Marine scientific research + digital creation will promote the popularization of marine science.
The model of “Guoxin 1”, the world’s first 100,000-ton intelligent aquaculture craft, was exhibited, which can “raise” the larimichthys crocea in the area 50 nautical miles away from the coastline, making them grow like the wild ones as much as possible. The first batch of larimichthys crocea will be caught and marketed this autumn.
